Created by Kourtney Kardashian and backed by doctors and scientists, Lemme is a vitamin line that caters to specific needs. Lemme Burn, Lemme Play, and Lemme Curb, to name a few. But can these supplements really be trusted? Let’s see which ones to skip and which to incorporate into your routine.

By Jayne Turner – Staff Writer

About Lemme

Kourtney spent years seeking a line of vitamins and supplements that really work. She wanted them tailored and to be an exciting part of your daily routine. This is what inspired her to create her own line that checks all the boxes.

All her products are clinically studied and doctor-formulated. They help you prioritize wellness with ease. Available in gummy or pill form, so you can choose what’s right for your routine.

Lemme Chill

This de-stress gummy features Ashwagandha, passionflower, lemon balm, and goji berry. This blend is said to reduce anxiety and enhance calmness. Ashwagandha is well studied for its calming effects, and these gummies contain a 300mg dose.

Lemme Purr

This vaginal probiotic gummy is designed to support vaginal health, pH balance, and odor control. It contains Vitamin C, SNZ-1969, and pineapple extract. SNZ-1969 is a probiotic strain with over 50 years of clinical use for improving digestive and immune health. Its inclusion makes this a 3-in-1: supporting vaginal, immune, and digestive health.

Lemme Curb

This craving-crushing daily supplement is designed to support healthy blood sugar levels and promote metabolism. It contains Chromax Chromium Picolinate, a clinically-studied, highly bioavailable form of chromium. It is said to aid in losing the fat, not the muscle.

This supplement curbs appetite and comes in soft chew form as well as a capsule.

Reviews

Doctors and dieticians give mixed reviews of Lemme products. Though they are generally praised for the use of quality ingredients, their efficacy is questionable. The dose is also called into question, since some clinically approved ingredients are at too low a percentage per dose to be effective.

Actual users also give mixed reviews. Lemme Sleep is generally well-received, with many achieving a good night’s sleep after consuming the gummies. It seems that there may be some placebo effect at hand, which could be leading to the mixed reviews.

We worry that this is just another celebrity-to-supplement pipeline, reminiscent of Goop by Gwyneth Paltrow and InBloom by Kate Hudson.

The Verdict

So, if you’re looking to try a new supplement for a specific issue, these products might be a good place to start – just do some research. See what the reviews say and check the ingredients. Is there a significant amount of the important ingredient in the blend?

Some dieticians worry about the additional sugar intake from consuming a variety of gummies daily, but if that is not a big problem for you, these are a sweet way to get your vitamins in.

However, some of these supplements come at a high price point for the ingredients, when you could get a normal supplement from the store for half the price. Remember – you’re paying for the name attached more than the actual ingredients when you buy from celebrity brands.

It’s also important to keep in mind that these are not approved by the FDA and therefore, have less accountability to be safe and efficient.
